We are currently looking for sponsors for the upcoming 2023 season that started in May. Sponsorships go to help cover the cost of trophies as well as helping us further improve our facilities. We need to bring in approx. 40 truck loads of new dirt for this season to update and improve both tracks as well as install a new dirt oval track. We plan to make the large off road track usable for 1/5 scale racers as they don’t have a lot of tracks to choose from across the Midwest compared to the 1/8th and 1/10th racers we currently host. We are working to install electricity to our facilities this year as well. Currently everyone must bring a generator to power their pits and to charge any batteries, including us. All of our computers and timing equipment need power. We also currently rent lights every race weekend that consumes most of what the track brings from racing fees. We have many other plans and upgrades we want to accomplish at VCRC this year and that is why we need your help.

VCRC Raceway was initially started as a non-profit organization in 2017 to provide a place for members of the RC racing community to be able to race against other competitors from across the Wabash Valley and beyond. Since I have taken the helm as Director of VCRC Raceway in the Fall of 2020, I have been working on making the tracks not just a great place for racing in the local community, but we have been working hard to make it a Premiere facility throughout the Midwest, and our first trophy race this past August, brought over a hundred drivers from across the United States!

We have a full racing schedule planned for 2022, with races scheduled multiple times a month from April through October, ending with our annual Halloween Race. Sponsorships in excess of $250 will have their logo or name listed on the trophies as well.

For all Track Sponsors that help us continue to improve and grow our facilities, we are in the process of building a Sponsorship Wall along the back stretch of our main track. Sponsors will be highlighted here and will be visible to all drivers and visitors, giving you further exposure to those who visit VCRC. You will also be listed on our website and all social media accounts.
